ABSOLUTE EQUESTRAINS, LLC. RULES AND REGULATIONS

Except as provided in s.773.03, of the Florida State Statutes, an equine activity sponsor, an equine professional, or any other person, which shall include a corporation or partnership, shall not be liable for an injury to or the death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities and, except as provided in s.773.03, no participant nor any participant’s representative shall have any claim against or recover from any equine activity sponsor, equine professional, or any other person for injury, loss, damage, or death of the participant resulting from any of the inherent risks of equine activities.

1.0 STABLE PROVIDES USE OF THE FACILITIES BETWEEN 7:00AM TO 9:00PM.

2.0 ALL ADULTS, AND BOTH PARENTS OR ALL LEGAL GUARDIANS OF ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18, MUST SIGN A RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM UPON ENTRY TO THE PREMISES AND PRIOR TO RIDING OR ENGAGING IN ANY OTHER ACTIVITY OR COMING INTO PROXIMITY OF HORSES, EVEN IF THEY WILL NOT BE RIDING. ALL SIGNED RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORMS MUST BE TURNED IN TO Absolute Equestrians, LLC. management KENNETH OR PATTY SUTER. NO EXCEPTIONS!

3.0 All persons engaged in equestrian activities, horse training or exercise or any other activity shall conduct all activities in a prudent and careful manner and observe all standard precautions and safety measures, including the use of appropriate safety and other protective gear. It is the recommendation of this stable that ALL persons wear a protective helmut when mounted. IT IS MANDATORY THAT ALL PERSONS UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE AND ALL INEXPERIENCED PERSONS REGARDLESS OF AGE, WEAR A SEI/ASTM CERTIFIED PROTECTIVE HELMUT AT ALL TIMES WHEN MOUNTED.

4.0 All owners, participants, guests and horses left at this facility, participating in equine activities or observing any activities on these premises take full responsibility for the safety of themselves, their guests and their horse(s). Understanding fully the risks involved while on these premises for any reason what so ever. This facility, its owners, assigns nor any of its employees shall be responsible for injuries, illness or death of any horse, rider, guest or spectator.

5.0 Minor children cannot be dropped off without adult supervision. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all minor children under the age of sixteen (16) years of age at all time while on the premises. Minor children sixteen (16) years of age or older must be supervised by an adult assigned by the parent or legal guardian and all inexperienced persons regardless of age must be accompanied at all times by an experienced equestrian at least eighteen (18) years of age or older.

6.0 Horses may only be washed, tacked, lunged and/or ridden in designated areas.

7.0 Do not enter a paddock or put any horse into a paddock while it is in use or already occupied by one or more horses unless authorized by Absolute Equestrians, LLC. management Kenneth or Patty Suter or their authorized representative. Use only that paddock which has been directly assigned for your horses’ use.

8.0 Gates must be kept closed. You are expected to close all gates when entering or leaving gated areas including the main gate entering the premises of 3750 SW Moore St Palm City, Fl.; all paddock gates and training area gates i.e. arena and round pen.

9.0 Maintain the premises in a neat and orderly condition before leaving the premises, clean up after all activities including: clean and store all equipment; remove or store all personal possessions; and shovel horse manure dropped outside stalls in the stable, the tack area, the wash area and/or on pathways to and from paddocks or riding areas. Stable should be left in the condition in which you found it!

10.0 Smoking is not permitted in or near the stable.

11.0 Treatment or application with any substance or medication, which may stain is prohibited on all concrete areas. All such treatment or application must be performed only on those surfaces covered by mats.

12.0 Park in designated parking areas only and please do not drive on the grass.

13.0 Laundry equipment is intended for standard laundering use. Do not use laundry equipment for items with large metal buckles, bulky filling or large items and horse blankets unless authorized by Absolute Equestrians, LLC. management Kenneth or Patty Suter or their authorized representative.

14.0 Barn telephone is for emergency use only. All long distance charges must be reimbursed.

15.0 All grooming items must be stored in tack lockers when not in use. Stall ledges are intended to provide fly spray or treats which the tenant intents barn personnel to use daily on their horse(s).

16.0 Do not feed or give treats to any horse except your own unless specific permission has been give directly to you from the horses’ owner.

17.0 Owners are responsible for providing accurate records of immunization and care and to provide documentation of current immunizations, coggins and any other records as requested.

18.0 No dogs or other pets are permitted on the property without prior authorization from Absolute Equestrians, LLC. management Kenneth or Patty Suter or their authorized representative. Pet owners are responsible for any and all damage and any and all injuries or death caused by the presence of any pet or dog. Disruptive or dangerous animals may be banned from the Premises.

19.0 Boarders are responsible for all damage caused by their horses, pets or guests. All costs associated with such repair(s) will be payable upon demand. Non-payment of damages may result in termination of boarding arrangements.

RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE FROM TIME TO TIME AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF KENNETH OR PATTY SUTER.
